Our practice combines advisory support with focused litigation and appellate representation.
Our Practice Areas

3. Supreme Court Representation
Representing clients in appeals, special leave proceedings and other service-law matters before the Supreme Court, including challenges arising from decisions of the CAT and High Courts.
4. Disciplinary & Administrative Proceedings
Advising and representing clients in disciplinary proceedings, departmental inquiries, show-cause proceedings and challenges to administrative decisions, with appropriate strategic advice at the pre-litigation stage.
Our Approach
Our approach is strategic, responsive and solution-oriented. We assess the applicable service rules, administrative framework and factual circumstances at the outset, with a focus on identifying the appropriate legal remedy and developing an effective course of action.
Where litigation is required, we provide focused representation and timely intervention before the appropriate forum, while keeping the client’s objectives and broader service-law position in view.
Our Objective
To provide clear, strategic and effective legal assistance in service matters, helping clients protect their rights and pursue appropriate remedies through timely advisory and focused representation.
